About the role

With a minimum of one year of UI/UX experience for web or mobile products, you will turn complex needs into clear, accessible experiences grounded in real user context. Partnering with product, business analysis, engineering, and QA, you will carry work from research and structure through implementation validation, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your product-design thinking and craft.

What you'll do

  • Plan lightweight user research, stakeholder input, and usability activities appropriate to each product stage
  • Create journey maps, task flows, information architecture, and clear interaction models
  • Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes to explore and validate product decisions
  • Design responsive interfaces for varied screens, connectivity conditions, and user capabilities
  • Apply accessibility and inclusive-design practices to content, interaction, color, navigation, and feedback
  • Build and maintain reusable design-system patterns, specifications, and developer handoff materials
  • Review implemented experiences with engineers and QA, resolving gaps before release

What you'll bring

  • Minimum of 1 year of UI/UX experience designing web and/or mobile products
  • A portfolio demonstrating product-design thinking, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, polished interfaces, and design decisions
  • Proficiency with Figma, component-based design, prototyping, and structured handoff
  • Strong understanding of responsive interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
  • Working knowledge of WCAG and practical accessibility across design and content
  • Ability to explain design rationale, invite critique, and adapt based on evidence and constraints
  • Attention to interaction states, edge cases, content clarity, and implementation detail

Nice to have

  • Experience conducting interviews, usability tests, or contextual research in the Philippines
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, frontend component systems, or design tokens
  • Experience designing for low bandwidth, older devices, or varied digital literacy
  • Graphic-design experience creating marketing or visual assets
